Project Overview

As part of its responsibility for animal health monitoring and livestock traceability, ARSIA generates and manages substantial quantities of documentation on a daily basis. These documents include laboratory analysis reports, identification records, regulatory documentation, and other information essential to ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

To address increasing data volumes and evolving operational requirements, ARSIA launched a project aimed at centralizing and securing its document management processes. The objective was to deploy a scalable platform capable of managing large document repositories, converting content into standardized formats such as PDF, and making information readily available through various business applications and user interfaces.

In addition to improving operational efficiency, the initiative sought to maintain long-term control over storage costs, ensure seamless interoperability with existing systems containing customer and veterinary information, and establish a robust foundation for future digital developments.
